Please make note that all sales are final and all down payments are non refundable. Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled. The full balance is due upon completion of the trailer. Harmar Incorporated reserves the right to use any legal means necessary to collect unpaid balances due. Any resulting legal or collection fees will be charged to the customer. If a balance is left unpaid for more than 7 days after trailer completion, appropriate late fees may be applied. We reserve the right to resell the trailer to another customer if unpaid balances remain after 14 days of trailer completion. In this case, the trailer is sold for the unpaid balance and any money paid to Harmar Inc. by the original customer is lost. Any changes or options added to the trailer may result in additional costs to the customer. Completion time of your trailer is typically 6 to 8 weeks although actual delivery date cannot be guaranteed as completion time can be directly affected, by the availability of manufacturing materials. Customer is responsible for any state sales tax, registration fees, and delivery fees. Any related credit card charges are the responsibility of the customer. No sales tax or delivery fees are collected at the time of purchase.

Warranty work can be completed by your local certified service center. All warranty work must be approved by Harmar Incorporated prior to completion.

Harmar Incorporated is a trailer manufacturing company. We are only able to make recommendations regarding the vehicles and equipment necessary to tow our trailers. It is ultimately the responsibility of the purchaser of each trailer to check with the dealership or manufacturer of their vehicle to be certain that it has the necessary tow ratings and equipment to safely and properly tow their new trailer. Under no circumstances do we modify any vehicle owned by the customer.

It is understood by the customer that use of our price-builder forms or published prices on our websites does not constitute a price guarantee. Prices are accurate at time of publication. Harmar Incorporated reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Check your trailer order for the actual cost of the trailer and options you are ordering.

Purchaser shall not be entitled to recover from Harmar Incorporated or related companies, any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, shipping charges, or income, or any other incidental damages of any kind what so ever.
